Lifestyle Harmony is for beginners, intermediate individuals, busy professionals, parents, and anyone looking to improve their health, fitness, confidence, and consistency in a supportive environment.
We offer:

Lifestyle balance coaching
Members may cancel or reschedule sessions within the allowed cancellation window (6 hours before start time). Missed sessions outside the cancellation policy may not be refundable.
Yes. Limited 1-on-1 coaching options may be available in-person based on availability. Please send a message from the home page.

Training sessions are offered:
In-person at our private studio (home gym)

Coach Kay Way is Coach Kay’s women-focused coaching system that combines functional strength training, HIIT workouts, lifestyle balance, accountability, and holistic wellness principles to help women create sustainable results.
Snack & Chat is our monthly wellness support group where members can openly discuss stress, motivation, lifestyle struggles, and goals while enjoying healthy snacks and encouragement from the Lifestyle Harmony community.
We provide nutrition guidance, balanced meal ideas, grocery tips, and healthy lifestyle support. We focus on realistic eating habits and sustainable balance rather than extreme dieting.
We recommend training 2–4 times per week depending on your goals, schedule, and fitness level.
Members are encouraged to track:
Progress photos
Measurements
Strength improvements
Energy levels
Workout consistency
Lifestyle habits
Monthly check-ins help keep members accountable and motivated.
Lifestyle Harmony primarily works with adults. Coach Kay’s recommended women’s coaching range is ages 21–55, though older clients may train based on their physical history, mobility, and medical clearance.
Yes. Our workouts are adjustable for beginners, moderate, and advanced fitness levels.
