How do I log in to my Lifestyle Harmony member profile?
Step 1 — Open the website menu From the Lifestyle Harmony website, tap the ☰ menu icon in the upper-right corner.Step 2 — Tap “Log In” At the top of the menu, tap Log In.Step 3 — Select “Already a member? Log In” The next screen may show Sign Up. If you already have a Lifestyle Harmony account, tap Log In next to “Already a member?”Step 4 — Sign in to your account Use the login information associated with your Lifestyle Harmony membership.Important: Use the same email/account connected to your Lifestyle Harmony membership so your training plan and bookings appear correctly.You're in! Once logged in, tap your profile icon to access My Bookings, My Subscriptions, Account Settings, Profile, and other member features.
What should I bring to my training sessions?
Come prepared to move, learn, and have a great training session.Please bring:• Comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely• Supportive athletic shoes• Water or a refillable water bottle• Any personal items your coach has specifically asked you to bringCome as you areYou don't have to be “in shape” before starting Lifestyle Harmony.Your coaches will meet you at your current fitness level, help you learn the movements, and progress your training appropriately.Most importantly: bring your commitment and willingness to work. What should I expect during my first few weeks of training?
Your first few weeks are about learning, building confidence, and creating consistency—not being perfect.During your first few weeks, your coaches will help you:• Learn proper exercise form and technique• Become comfortable with the equipment and training environment• Build strength, mobility, balance, and endurance• Understand your body's current abilities• Learn appropriate modifications when needed• Establish a consistent training routine• Progress at a pace appropriate for youYour starting point mattersYour initial fitness assessment gives us a baseline. It isn't a pass-or-fail test.We'll use your starting results along with what we observe during training to help guide your program and measure your progress.Don't compare your beginning to someone else's journeyEvery Lifestyle Harmony member starts from a different place.Focus on showing up, learning, communicating with your coaches, and becoming stronger than where you started.Built on Balance. How will Lifestyle Harmony track my progress during my 8-week program?
Your progress is about more than the number on the scale.At the beginning of your Lifestyle Harmony program, we'll establish a starting point using your fitness assessment and what your coaches observe during your first training sessions.Throughout your 8-week program, we may look at improvements in:• Strength• Mobility and movement quality• Balance• Cardiovascular endurance• Exercise technique• Training consistency• Confidence with movement• Your individual goalsYour starting assessment is your baseline—not a grade.As you progress, your coaches can compare where you started with what you're capable of doing later in the program.At the end of your 8 weeksWe'll review your progress and use what we've learned to help determine your next training focus.Progress looks different for everyone.
